Greetings guys, I am having Tony work on some layouts to promote our network... these could be used in brochures, blog templates, etc. What do you guys think?

My vote is for one of the top two. The others I don't think graphically cohere. I don't know-- maybe the second to the last one (green) does.
Ask him to give you a few more concepts.
